FAQ
Questions? We've got you covered.
Straight answers, including what this kit will not do.
How much space does it actually save?
Roughly half. The pump pulls the trapped air out from between your clothes, so a pile that filled the whole bag ends up flat. Soft items — t-shirts, underwear, jumpers, towels — compress the most. Jeans, shoes and anything rigid barely compress at all, so pack those separately.
How big is each bag?
36.5 × 21.7 × 19 cm laid flat. They are meant to go inside the case you already travel with, not to replace it — several reviewers who marked them down were expecting something suitcase-sized.
Does it make my luggage lighter?
No. It saves space, not weight. Your clothes weigh exactly the same compressed as they did loose. If your airline's limit is weight rather than size, this will not help with that.
What do I get in each pack?
Buy One is one vacuum bag and one rechargeable pump. Buy Two is two bags and a pump. Buy Four is four bags and a pump. Every pack includes the pump — you do not buy it separately.
Can I use the bags without the pump?
Yes, up to a point. The valve is one-way, so you can kneel on the bag and press most of the air out by hand. You will not get it as flat as the pump does, but it works if the battery is dead mid-trip.
How is the pump charged?
By USB. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so there is nothing to plug into the wall at your hotel and no batteries to buy.
Will it fit my suitcase?
It goes inside whatever you already travel with — a hard case, a soft case, a cabin backpack or a holdall. The bags are flexible, so once compressed they sit flat against the bottom of the case.
Are the bags reusable?
Yes. Open the zip, let the air back in and they return to full size. The valve and zip are built to be opened and resealed trip after trip.
How long is UK delivery?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 working days, then tracked delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £50, and £4.99 below that. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched.
What if I change my mind?
