Before you email — the quick answers
Where's my order? Tracking is emailed the moment your order is despatched, which is 1–3 working days after you order. If it's been longer than that, check your spam folder first, then use Track Your Order or email us with your order number.
Will it fit my airline's sizer? Compressed, the KABINBAG Original measures 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Ryanair's free under-seat allowance is 40 × 30 × 20 cm, so it goes in with 5cm to spare. Every airline we've checked is listed on the product page. Compress it before you leave for the airport, not at the gate.
I want to return it. You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the returns address and instructions. Full details on Delivery & Returns.
Something arrived faulty or wrong. Send us a photo with your order number. We cover the return postage and refund or replace — your choice.
Can I change my order? If it hasn't been despatched yet, yes. Email us straight away with your order number and what you'd like changed.
