Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £50 — which includes every KABINBAG Original. Under £50, standard delivery is £4.99. Express is £6.99 on any order.
Orders are despatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery is a further 3–5 working days from despatch, tracked — so most orders arrive within 4–8 working days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way — you can also use Track Your Order.
We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, with no surcharge. Highland, Island and offshore addresses can take an extra day or two.
We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.
All prices include UK VAT where applicable. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Returns
30 days to change your mind
If the bag isn't for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.
It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, with the pump, toiletry bag and any other included items. Return postage is paid by you.
Email support@kabinbag.com with your order number to start a return and we'll send you the returns address and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the return reaching us, back to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
That one's on us. Send a photo with your order number and we'll cover the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Your statutory rights
Our 30-day returns policy sits alongside your legal rights, not instead of them.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, and have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty you may reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or ask us to repair or replace them within six months.
Nothing on this page affects those rights.
