Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
This site is operated under the trading name KABINBAG, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at any time at support@kabinbag.com and we reply within one working day.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm despatch — not when you receive the order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel, we refund you in full and promptly.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to UK addresses.
Prices can change at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.
Where a "was" price is displayed, it refers to a price at which the item has previously been offered for sale by us. If we've made an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before despatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details; payments are processed by our payment providers.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free on UK orders over £50, which includes every KABINBAG Original. Under £50, standard delivery is £4.99. Express is £6.99 on any order.
5. Returns and cancellation
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition and are not limited by anything here.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Dimensions are stated for the product as supplied and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
Airline cabin baggage allowances quoted on this site are the airlines' own published limits at the time of writing and are outside our control. Airlines change them. Always check your airline's current allowance before you travel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline named on this site, and we don't accept liability for fees charged by an airline.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Use of this website
All content on this site — text, images, layout and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated systems to extract content from it.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
12. Complaints
