What to expect

Order confirmation — emailed straight away. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder.

Despatch — 1–3 working days after you order. This is when your tracking number is generated and emailed to you.

Delivery — a further 3–5 working days from despatch, tracked the whole way. So most orders arrive within 4–8 working days of being placed.

Tracking hasn't updated in a few days

That's normal, and it usually isn't a problem. Tracking often goes quiet for a stretch while a parcel is in transit between carriers, then jumps forward several stages at once. Highland, Island and offshore addresses can add a day or two.

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 working days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.
